VENUE MANAGER

Solbar Group is made up of multiple venues located in the busy Ocean Street entertainment precinct in Maroochydore. We are looking for a Venue Manager to join our Old Soul Nightclub and Dive Bar team, to lead and mentor as well as drive new ideas and shape a new venue direction.

An ideal candidate will:

Have relevant industry and managerial experience
Be a hands-on team leader with the ability to motivate and energize your team
Be an effective communicator
Work and lead by example
Be customer experience driven
Have a current RMLV and Approved Managers Licence.

You have the opportunity to join a reputable Sunshine Coast family-owned business and become part of our fun, energetic team.

The role is 25 - 38 hours per week paying above award wages, with great company perks and a fun team dynamic.
